We use a credit card processing company to process donations. This company does not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your donation.
You can register on our website to receive news and information from us via email. If you have not elected to receive such materials by signing up online, emailing us, or telling us verbally we will not send them to you.

We collect information about our online visitors directly from our visitors. We use this information to communicate with our supporters and to process their transactions. Tender Mercies may gather personal information (such as first and last name, home address, email address, phone number, etc.). Tender Mercies only gathers personal information as it relates to the transaction being performed. For example, to sign up for our e-newsletter, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. Donors will be asked for standard credit card information so that the donation can be processed. When you supply information about yourself for a specific purpose, we only use it for that purpose.
Updating Your Information
